November 2010 Lynden Real Estate Stats
The graph below shows the number of For Sale listings, Sold listings and Pending listings in Lynden for the last 15 months. As you can see, the month of November Sold listings increased as a result of high Pending Sales numbers in October.
November 2010 Real Estate Update
Some good news!
There were a number of pleasant surprises in November’s real estate market.
1. November 2010 home sales outgained the same month a year ago.
2. There was an upswing in relocation sales, indicating a positive for local hiring.
3. The number of new listings decreased helping to shrink inventory.
4. Year to date closed sales are ahead of 2009.

Lighted Parade Soup Feed
Saturday night’s Soup Feed during the Lighted Parade was a fun and tasty event with over 300 people served a variety of yummy home made soups by the staff at Muljat Group- SSK Branch. Thank you to all who stopped by for a bowl of soup!

Enjoy Lynden’s lighted parade on Front Street and stop by our office at 505 Front Street for complimentary hot soup to keep you warm inside and out! The parade begins at 6pm, but arrive earlier to grab a great spot on the sidewalk.

Food Drive Update: Our Muljat Group North food drive gathered 840 pounds of food to donate to Project Hope, which provides food to those less fortunate. Thank you to all who participated in helping make someone else’s Thanksgiving better.
