The Community Boating Center is a great place for locals to take advantage of small-watercraft education, boat access, marine stewardship, paddle boarding and other recreational activities! The great thing about the Boating Center is that it’s made up of volunteers and charities that love giving back to the community. Their programs and services are available to everyone, so go enjoy the perks of living on Bellingham Bay!
This weekend they’re hosting the Full Moon Group Paddle where participants can get a group of 12 max and paddle around Bellingham Bay for 3 hours! It starts at 9:00 pm, and the light of the moon should make for quite a remarkable experience!
